An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Provide support for HR projects and initiatives, as required
  • Assist with HR reporting and analysis, including the production of HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Create and manage HR communication materials, including HR bulletin, emails, SMS, announcements, and other internal communication channels.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies that align with the company's overall messaging.
  • Coordinate with the HR team to identify and create compelling stories that showcase the company culture and employee experiences.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement programs that promote employee satisfaction, retention, and career development.

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor degree.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in employee relation.
  • Excellent data analysis and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledgement of employment legislation and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and across multiple departments.
  • Proficient in both English and Myanmar languages, with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop impactful communication initiatives.
  • Possesses a proactive and can-do attitude, actively listens, provides support and is willing to travel.
