ROLE PURPOSE

Business Partnering function streamlines People Division’s strategies with Yoma Bank's objectives and strategies to provide seamless People services. Business Partners implement effective people awareness and engagement activities, which include sharing insights and consult people related issues with People Leaders. Business Partners ensure Yoma Bank's core values are consistently practiced and incorporated within the culture of Divisional workforce and provide organizational and operational guidelines on People policies and processes.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consult with branch network and provide HR guidance when appropriate
  • Ensure that all onboarding, internal movement and separation processes are followed in accordance with internal SOPs
  • Manage and resolve comprehensive employee relation issues
  • Assist Line Manager to conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations related to employee related issues
  • Maintain day-to-day management of employees’ confidentiality
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and Bank’s policies, procedures, and standards with prompt intervention to resolve problems/ concern areas when needed
  • Ability to interpret raw data and prepare dashboards and reports
  • Understanding of HR analytics techniques
  • Familiarity with data collection methods, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Work closely with branch network to support People related matters
  • Monitor and follow up on the completion of the training programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource Management fields
  • Experience in the Banking sector is a plus

  • Problem solving skill
  • Possess superior interpersonal, communication and operational skills
  • Proactive and collaborative nature
  • Work well under pressure and capable of solving problems
  • Maintain high level of professionalism at all time

Education & Special Training

  • Bachelor Degree (preferable Business Management)
  • High competency in MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI
  • Human Resource Management Certification

Languages

  • Sound and effective interpersonal & communication skills in both Myanmar and English languages.
