- Accountable for Organizational Development
Working closely and partner with senior management to understand the annual Business Plan & support the close alignment of division’s organizational structures through the utilization of external benchmarking expertise and knowledge of the company organizational design process.
- Resourcing & Retention
Manpower Planning – take ultimate responsibility for delivering the Divisional/Market Manpower plans for all level. This will be achieved through formalizing and conducting Divisional/Market reviews and Manpower Planning processes every quarter.
Work closely with the recruitment team and senior managers to influence sourcing strategies that will help the Division to attract and recruit high caliber volume and management candidates against the divisional annual Manpower Plan.
Take proactive steps to reduce staff turnover across all staff categories within Division/Market through the use of appropriate HR tools e.g. Exit Interviews to measure, action plan and track performance.
- Ensuring a clear understanding of the Compensation & Reward process
Advise Annual salary review process with line and senior managers and ensure consistency and adherence to Corporate guidelines. This will be achieved through clear communication of the process and guidelines to all line and senior managers.
Understanding/challenging the reasons for the exceptions using internal/external benchmarks as necessary;
- Responsible for Training & Development
Champion development activities at all levels within your division. Support design and delivery where required.
- Accountable for the succession planning process
Drive succession planning activities in line with divisional business plan and corporate process with Division/Market
Participate and advise on career discussions with senior managers
Work with stakeholders to define business appropriate career paths
Educate line & senior managers on company policies & procedures, HR calendar events
- Accountable for People management Processes
Manage the annual Performance Review system to ensure that it is completed consistently & on time & provide coaching & development to stakeholders to facilitate the output of better quality information from the process.
Support & coach line & senior managers on the Company’s Disciplinary and Grievance & Performance Management Processes to promote fairness, consistency of approach and employee satisfaction and productivity
Effectively lead, manage & develop the HR Divisional/Market team to ensure that all HR KPI’s are being met & that individuals are continuously developed in line with their aspirations and abilities.
Analyze HR KPI’s & accordingly recommend cost effective & practical solutions in line with HR best practice
Undertake store and market visits to coach & develop in the successful implementation of HR best practice
Build effective working relationships with all stakeholders and external contacts to maximize the effectiveness of the impact of the HR function on business activity
Be proactive in keeping the functional head updated on the status/progress of all HR activities within the Division/Market in line with the HR Calendar & escalate any issues accordingly
- Accountable for stakeholder/ change management
Identify opportunities/initiatives for improvement of HR processes & managerial skills through proactive consultation with stakeholders
Take responsibility for keeping the Area Coaches/Market HR teams well informed of brand imperatives to ensure that they are fully equipped to provide the best service to stakeholders
Initiate & promote forums for communication (cross-Divisional / market / department)
Act as a role model with line & senior management by displaying leadership behaviours.

Job Requirements

1. Must be University Degree level or similar/HR qualified or CIPD/SHRM qualified
2. Over 3 years working experience in HRBP field and MNC background is more prefer 

3. Knowledge in Myanmar Labour Law

4. Good Communication & interpersonal skills

5. Flutently in English 4 skills

6. Must have great in MS office skills
