  • Act as a single point of contact for the employees and management of the assigned business unit and to build a strong relationship with all the stakeholders.
  • Ensure all the manpower requirements are filled with the right talent within the given turnround time.
  • Identify training needs of the staff, arrange appropriate training and development programs in coordination with other HR, training managers, or related persons.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Handle all the other areas for the assigned unit such as grievance handling, disciplinary issues, domestic inquiries, engagement activities, etc.
  • Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
  • Structuring compensation and benefits packages. Managing staff wellness initiatives.
  • Assist to drive recruiting planning strategies (e.g., forecasting, short-/medium-term manpower requirements, etc.) to align with, and meet business demands and HR cost control.
  • Assist to develop and review talent management for critical leadership positions and develop talent readiness/transition strategies.
  • Compile and maintain market-driven/benchmark compensation decisions to drive employee performance, engagement and retention.
  • Assist to manage the deployment of HR services delivery, systems, and work tools utilization to streamline work processes across functions in an efficient and scalable manner.
  • Execute and follow-up employee engagement initiatives to increase employee engagement, performance, retention and training environments.
  • Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce and succession planning.
  • Lead and support the creation, implementation and delivery of company-wide projects and initiatives.
  • Review, revise, and update the department's SOPs.
  • Provide relevant analysis and reporting, and consult with management to develop new HR strategies.
  • Prepare the yearly HR budget and manage employees' activities for fun work to motivate their work-life balance within the budget.
  • Be an ambassador of the company’s culture and values, ensuring the employee experience is consistent with the Company.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Organization Development/Behavior, Organizational Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Management or similar related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in HR fields. HRBP experience is preferable.
  • Demonstrate experience in developing and implementing HR strategies/initiatives to achieve business goals with tangible HR metrics.
  • Demonstrate experience and knowledge in both strategic and tactical HR core functions.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
