Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Work with business partners to meet their strategic resourcing needs.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition team to manage recruitment within designated recruitment tool.
  • Conduct and consolidate talent review process. 
  • Conduct regular career development conversations with identified staff and work with line managers to follow up and realize plans.
  • Orchestrate Performance Management process in assigned client group.
  • Work with and consult line managers to address under-performers, provide opportunities for top performers
  • Collaborate with your L&D partner to support managers on training needs analysis to identify and provide training solutions to employees.
  • Act as strategic and trusted HR business partner to your assigned client group by providing HR advice and support.
  • Implement Group and local HR policies within areas of responsibility and demonstrate understanding of business priorities and opportunities for HR contribution.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Management field.
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Good team player with ability to interact with all levels
  • Proficient with the English language is also preferable 
  • Able to use computer program such as Microsoft word, excel and power point
  • Any graduate or bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Management and Administration.
