We are ambitious to grow and seek talented people to help achieve our vision. Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for HR Payroll Coordinator to join our management team.

  • Understand compensation and benefits policies and plans
  • Time Attendance review and import to HR system
  • Generating Payroll and reporting for payment
  • Make sure that payroll process is compliance
  • Income Tax Calculation and SSB Report including  payment in-time by laws
  • Arrange Monthly Cash salary payment to resigned staff
  • Payroll Amendment/Adjustment after payroll
  • Cadena HR software update and management
  • Payslips distribution to employees by using technology
  • Organize pay plan as per performance evaluation result
  • Data Management
  • Ensure importing Employee Personal Data to HR system
  • Lead SSB registration and coordinate SSB card application process
  • Collaborate with outside vendors, such as HR software company etc.
  • Retention Bonus calculation and management
  • Medical checks and payment process follow-up
  • Lead SSB claims for employees’ benefits
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by HR Manager

Job Requirements

  • University Graduate, preferred Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Well versed in HR experience and knowledge,
  • Understand Myanmar Labor Laws and HR legal filing process
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills are mandatory
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and HR software
  • Minimum 3~5 years of working experience in HR

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
