Job Description

  • Ensures that the employee personal files are complete, and the records are properly handled in accordance with the legal requirements
  • Follows up with the Procurement section on all purchases related to office supplies/stationery
  • Compiles and reconciles employees’ phone-related expenses on a monthly basis where applicable
  • Regional office accommodation payment preparation, record maintenance and follow up payment
  • Arranges for gifts/donations to employees on special occasions (birthdays, marriages, childbirths and deaths)
  • Ticket/Hotel booking
  • Ensures that all corporate guests are well accommodated and assisted during their stay in the country
  • Follows up on air tickets for employees, expats and corporate guests
  • Recruitment and Onboarding process
  • SSB contribution to government office
  • Compensation and Benefits reporting with set deadlines
  • HRIS experience is a must

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree with HR Diploma
  • At least 5 years experience in respective role
  • English Language Proficiency is a must and Advanced Excel skill is a plus.
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel Reporting(Pivot/vlookup/filters) and good English communication (written plus speaking)
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Prefer candidates who can join immediately with MNC experience
