- Mainly responsible for Human Resources and Genaral Affair duties
- Handle of implementing HR policies and procedures in accordance with management policies
- Handle ISO audits and CSR audits
- Selection and recruitment and employee training
- Responsible for suport Manager and handling HR Development
- Give training and manage junior members
- Hear and troubleshoot some problems in organization
- Build a proper working environment with highly professional skills
- Record keeping, Payroll and benefits
- Monitoring facility condition and environmental performance and recommending of funding levels and spending
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

- Must have over 5 years HR cum General Affair
- Must have experience of ISO audits and CSR audits.
- Must have working experience as HR in big company which has over 500 employees.
- Must have knowledge of labor, domestic laws and labor laws.
- Must be upper conversational level in English Language

Working Days: Monday~Friday, Saturday(Half Day)
Working Hours: Monday~Friday(8:00AM~16:30PM)
Saturday: 8:00AM~12:00PM
