Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  1. Minimum 2 years of HR and talent related experiences ,preferably talent development
  2. Understanding and setting up HR Processes & Policies.3
  3. Develop and update employee database and employee attendance in Excel and system
  4. Ability to develop and organize a wide range of training content based on business need
  5. .Prepare and update all personal files, employment contracts, agreements and policies
  6. Ensure all employment processes to be compliance with labor laws
  7. Administrate in development and implementation of HR policies and processes 
  8. Organize and assist to HR projects and HR events as required 
  9. Prepare data and follow up employee insurance processes and citizen payment process 
  10. Conduct exist interviews and gathering feedbacks
  11. Prepare employee data and submit to government offices on monthly basic
  12. Facilitate talent assessments and reviews, talent management & succession planning process.
  13. Assit in talent acquisition process and training activities if necessary
  14. Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements.
  15. Manage the recruitment and selection process
  16. Maintaining personnel files and standard HR letters and correspondence
  17. Preparing, updating, and implementing administrative systems, human resource policies and procedures.
  18. Oversee the performance appraisals, plan and assess the trainings of  employees.
  19. Conduct other ad-hoc assigned by Management Team.
  20. Chinese English Myanmar Fluent

Job Requirements

  • Any graduated, more prefer to Diploma in HRM. 
  • Understanding of Myanmar labour law.
  • Patient, honest, ethical, dependable and positive go getter attitude
  • Computer Literate in Microsoft offices (especially Advanced Excel) and HR software 
  • Able to work extended working hours or able to work at weekend as required 
  • Very strong integrity and long-term commitment to work is required
  • Chinese Level above HSK 4(如果中文可簡單溝通亦可)
  • English Fluent
