Job Description

  • To manage recruitment process including coordination with JO HR recruitment team and Mobile Money's related members and preparation of job description
  • To provide welcome onboarding training and necessary arrangement for new employees 
  • To manage consultant agreements including internal approval process
  • HR budget control and headcount planning
  • To update organizational design and structure (Teams responsibility, reporting line)
  • To manage appraisal, bonus, promotion process with support for JO HR team
  • TO manage employee relations (Complaint handling and resignation interviews, internal satisfaction/ culture survey) and propose ideas for improvement
  • To manage general HR and administration matters including employee's attendance, health and safety related matters, respond to what relevant department's instruction (JO HR etc)
  • Good in interpersonal leadership and communication skills
  • Good in planning and decision making
  • Good in understanding of organization's design, strategy, demand for HR matters

  • Master of Bachelor Degree (With MBA or Diploma in HRM is preferrable)
  • Proficient in MS office
  • 5 years of hands-on experince in HR roles
