Assisting in social security calculation issues.
Assisting in conducting internal/external trainings and keeping records.
Contribute to performance appraisals.

၀န္ထမ္းရွာေဖြခန႔္ထားေရးလုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ား အေကာင္အထည္ ေဖာ္ေဆာင္႐ြက္တြင္ Manager ၏ ၫႊန္ၾကားခ်က္ႏွင့္အညီ တာဝန္ထမ္းေဆာင္ရန္။ အလုပ္ေခၚစာမ်ားေရးသားျခင္း၊ ဝန္ထမ္းရွာေဖြခန႔္အပ္ျခင္းလုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ားပါဝင္ေဆာင္႐ြက္ျခင္း၊ ဝန္ထမ္းအတည္ျပဳခန႔္အပ္ျခင္းလုပ္ငန္းစဥ္ အဆင့္ဆင့္အား ပါဝင္ေဆာင္႐ြက္ရျခင္း။ ဝန္ထမ္းတစ္ဦးခ်င္းစီ၏ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ား Hard copy ၊ Soft Copy မွတ္တမ္းထားရွိျခင္း ဝန္ထမ္းသစ္မ်ားအား ကုမၸဏီတြင္ထားရွိသည့္ မူဝါဒလမ္းစဥ္မ်ား ရွင္းျပျခင္း။ လစာ၊ ဝင္ေငြခြန္၊ လူမႈဖူလုံေရးေၾကး တြက္ခ်က္ျခင္းကိစၥရပ္မ်ားပါဝင္ကူညီေဆာင္႐ြက္ေပးျခင္း။ Internal/External သင္တန္းမ်ား ျပဳလုပ္ရာတြင္ ပါဝင္ကူညီေဆာင္႐ြက္ျခင္း ႏွင့္ မွတ္တမ္းထားရွိျခင္း။ လုပ္ငန္းစြမ္းေဆာင္ရည္ အကဲျဖတ္ျခင္း အား ပါဝင္ကူညီေဆာင္႐ြက္ျခင္း။ ႐ုံးတြင္း စာဝင္/စာထြက္မ်ား စာတြဲအလိုက္ထိန္းသိမ္းထားရွိျခင္း ႏွင့္ ျဖန႔္ေဝျခင္း။

Job Requirements
Must be between (20) and (30) years of age.
Must have at least (2) or (3) years of work experience in HR R&S and Training.
Must have a degree A diploma (or certificate) related to Human Resources will be preferred.
Must be able to communicate well and work with people. Internet
Must be able to use e-mail professionally.
Must be able to type professionally in Burmese and English.
Must be able to complete tasks as directed by the Manager from time to time.
အသက္ (၂၀) မွ (၃၀) ႏွစ္အတြင္း ျဖစ္ရမည္။ HR R&S ပိုင္း ႏွင့္ Training ပိုင္းတြင္ လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕အႀကဳံ အနည္းဆုံး (၂)ႏွစ္ (သို႔) (၃)ႏွစ္ ဝန္းက်င္ ရွိရမည္။ ဘြဲ႕တစ္ခုခုရရွိရမည္၊ Human Resources ႏွင့္ ပါတ္သက္ေသာ ဒီပလိုမာ (သို႔မဟုတ္) လက္မွတ္တစ္ခုခုရရွိၿပီးသူ ဦးစားေပးမည္။ ဆက္ဆံေရးေကာင္းမြန္ၿပီး လူအမ်ားႏွင့္ တြဲဖက္လုပ္ကိုင္ႏိုင္ရမည္။ Internet၊ E-mail ကြၽမ္းက်င္စြာ အသုံးျပဳႏိုင္ရမည္။ ျမန္မာစာႏွင့္ အဂၤလိပ္စာအား ကြၽမ္းက်င္စြာ စာစီစာ႐ိုက္ ျပဳလုပ္ႏိုင္ရမည္။ အခါအားေလ်ာ္စြာ Manager မွ ၫႊန္ၾကားေသာ လုပ္ငန္းမ်ား ၿပီးေျမာက္ေအာင္ ေဆာင္႐ြက္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
