Job Description

o Visa support (Myanmar visa or other visa for staff who need to go oversea)
o Local and Oversea Ticket Arrangement
o Form C, FRC arrangement for expatriates
o Payroll Preparation & Distribution
o Bank transfer support to branch employees
o Salary Slip and Tax Slip Distribution to Staff
o Tax Settlement to Tax Office
o SSB Settlement to SSB Office
o Travel Recommendation Letter Support to Staff
o Management of Admin, Receptionist, Drivers and Cleaners
o Arrangement of CSR activities
o Focal point for salary survey submission to Mercer
o Assist HR Head in Budget Preparation in staff salaries, allowances and HR expenses
o Arrangement for staff insurance
o Local Employment Contract preparation and filing to Labor Office
o Assist employees in claiming at social security office
o Management of overtime submission
o Assist for tax preparation and settlement of Jardine CEO
o Management of outsourced security guards
o Monitoring of car fuel consumption
o Logistics Support for employee mobility to oversea
o Leave portal management
o Management of Staff ID card/ business card issue
o Hotel arrangement for staff

Job Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experiences in Human Resources or Administration field with MNCs
  • Experiences in human resources/people operations, compensation & benefits and local compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Human Resources or related field is required
  • Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Provide a variety of services in support of the delivery of HR policies and processes, utilize knowledge of HR programs to assist managers/ HoDs and employees
  • Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and good relationship skill
  • Good decision making and analytical skills
  • Skillful in delivering results
  • Good knowledge in labor laws and government policies
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
