About the Role:

You will provide support to the Australian Human Resources Manager to assist in the organisation and coordination in keeping their diaries and task list running smoothly and efficiently day to day.

You will be provided with comprehensive training and support by an experienced and dynamic management team that is committed to your success.

The role will be based in CPS office, which is located Maylikha Road, Mayangone.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the Australian HR Manager with their regular duties.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, resumes and appointments.
  • Set up our HR System (Eg Employment Hero) and manage this daily.
  • Provide regular reporting.
  • Liaise with overseas offices and Departments.
  • Implement new operating systems that improve efficiency.
  • Complete system & department audits to ensure compliance and adherence to company policies.
  • Assist in the day to day running of the office.

Job Requirements

  • Willingness to learn and have a positive contribution to the day to day running of an International Pest Control and Hygiene Business.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including exceptional phone and email etiquette.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Applications with strong typing ability and accuracy
  • Proactive attitude and ability to improve efficiency.
  • Ability to use their discretion & maintain confidentiality.
  • Prior experience working in HR departments or in an office environment.
  • Prior experience utilizing an online employment management system.
