Application Deadline : 20.3.2023-Assist to HR Manager in selecting, interviewing, recruiting, testing program.-Screening applicants’ personal profiles about their experience, education and skills.-Contact references and perform background checks.-Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions.-Hire or refer qualified candidates.-Conduct new employee orientations.-Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).-Assist to HR Manager in training, developing, monitoring, and appraising job results.-Able to connect government labor related offices and knowledge of Tax and government labor laws.-Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (recruiting, training, grievances, performance appraising etc).-Coordinate HR functions (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.-Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.-Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).-Communicate with public services when necessary.-Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.

Job Requirements
- Any Graduate (Preferred - Diploma in human resources, business administration)- 3 years’ experience at HR senior staff level in a medium to large organization.- Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor law- Computer proficiency- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Intermediate English Level- Ability to handle multiple demands, work under time pressure and meet deadlines- Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure- Personal integrity to handle confidential information- Cooperate with other departments for solving problems regarding HR related issues of staff from various departments.- Able to be a team player – participant.
