- Age 27 - 35 years- Graduate & preferred HR Diploma Holder- Minimum 4 years working experience in the HR field.- Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Package- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details.- Must have negotiation skill.- Well mediated between employees & Management- Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.- Able to work under pressure and efficiently.- Ability to speak good English and Fluent in Myanmar.- Should be able to keep discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
