Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes instructional design and adult learning principles to develop and implement a variety of learning programs; ensuring alignment with competency models and organizational goals
  • Develop yearly training plan through thorough discussions with respective Department Heads to meet development needs (Leadership, Functional, Safety, etc)
  • Develop initiatives to promote self-learning and blended-learning culture within organizations
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training and identify ways to enhance efficiency and adaptability within the organization
  • Monitor Monthly Training Expenses in alignment with yearly planned budgets for utilizing in people development
  • Collaborate & conduct Training Programs when needed for leading and coaching internal customized training
  • Facilitate in internal development projects or organizational development related activities as necessary
  • Evaluate the training programs in alignment with training needs assessment to measure the effectiveness of the organization
  • Review leadership and functional competency matrix as necessary to apply them in designing, and developing development-related activities.

Job Requirements

Primary Requirements:

  • Any graduate and equivalent level qualification.
  • 5 years experience in corporate learning and leadership development, Organization Development.
  • Able to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of theory and good practice in Learning & Organization Development areas.
  • System thinking or logical thinking (problem-focused and result-oriented approach)
  • Supportive Attitude in developing training plans and professional development initiatives.
  • Fluent in English 4 Skills and Advanced Computer Skills.
  • At least two years of Trainer Experience is preferable.
  • Preferred Certified Professional in Learning & Organizational Development.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams or colleagues of all levels across the organization.
