Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Provide effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Maintain and update HR system to ensure accuracy of data – new hires, changes, exits
  • Assist to implement performance review procedures, allowance, salary and bonus
  • Answer or refer employee questions about Payroll, Benefits, Work/Life, Employee Perks, Company Policies
  • Assess training needs, coordinate learning and development for all employees
  • Provide first line support for HR polices quires and low risk employee relations queries, including notetaking and conducting face to face meetings with employees
  • Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issue
  • Working closely with our payroll team providing support to managers and employees for the iterant Self Service system.

Job Requirements

  • Represent HR Operations viewpoint on wider HR initiatives
  • At least 3 years experiences in related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good knowledge of legal legislation
  • Any Graduate, prefer Diploma in HRM from a recognized university or institute
  • Ability to work independently and able to prioritize work with minimal supervision
