• Implement and manage all HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, benefits, compensation and employee administration.
• Develop and maintain employee policies and procedures, employee handbook and employee forms.
• Manage the recruitment process including posting, recruiting, interviewing and hiring for opening positions.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions, employee records, and files for all positions.
• Coordinate all leaves of absence according to the labor law.
• Supports management by providing human resources advice.

Job Requirements
• Any Bachelor Degree but prefer more from business background
• Diploma in Business Management or HR Diploma/Certificate
• At least 2 years of experience in HR industry
• Able to speak English fluently
• Must be familiar with Microsoft application and internet & email
• Must have cooperative skill to communicate with other departments
