Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

o Responsible for General HR administration, type meeting minute, attend displinary hearing and grievances;
o Report and do presentation in turnover, training needs analysis;
o Responsible for Case Management in displinary , grievances , absenteeism, and performance management; 
o Responsible in leading investigation, coach manager on best practices & work proactively to address issue;
o Support on employee engagement &  employee communication;
o Responsible in administration of CSR activities and employer branding.
o Interpret and research labour law and HR best practice to ensure advice and guidance is both accurate and current;
o Ensure management teams are appropriately updated on changes in labour law;
o Maintain and audit personnel records in accordance with Company procedures, policies and labour law.
o Ensure critical annual cycle HR processes are executed on time
o Assist with project work as determined by the HR Manager
o Assist and support learning & development programmes;
o Assist with developing links with local council and advisory boards, Universities and trade schools;

Job Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR Operation
- Worked in multicultural environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

- Must have Fluently in English 4 skills
- Must have interest in CSR activities
- Must have knowledge in Labour law

- Bachelor degree in business management , human resource management.
