• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions.
• Collect and keeping of attendance, leaves and employees data.
• Responsible for the whole recruiting process and writing JD, Job posting relevant recruiting channel, Collecting CV, screening qualify CV, make an interview appointment with relevant line manager, give the interview result.
• Arranging Interview, conducting orientation to new employees and employment contract process.
• Conducting of needed training secessions for all the employees.
• Maintain HR operational documents eg. SOP, Policies and Guidelines.
• Handling performance management procedure and appraisals and executing employee engagement events.
• Performing payroll and SSB calculation and dealing with government for SSB process.
• Arranging employee Birthday Program, CSR Activities, Staff Party and Welfare Program.
