- Update to orientation program and deliver training to all new employees.
- Collect training survey and training related data for training plan.
- Assist in prepare and implement training budget.
- Organize departmental (internal) and functional (external) training schedule.
- Collect training feedback from trainers and trainees.
- Maintain training data and training hour’s record for Monthly training report.
- To involve annual performance management and Appraisals process for all Department.
- Contribute to L&D team events & activities.
- Other duties assigned by Department Head.

Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor Degree
- Must be holder of HRM/HRD Diploma
- At least 5 years’ experience in related field
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skill
- Good team player with the ability to interact with all levels.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
