Job Requirements
- A university in any discipline. Advanced degree in Human Resource Management is preferred.
- Posses good knowledge of learning & development and performance appraisal systems.
- Knowledge of Human Resources Management and organizational development through approach to work
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with positive attitude in dealing with people.
- Strong leadership with team spirit and relationship building.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in English and Myanmar.
- Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Must be able to work in Thilawa Industrial Zone.
