  • Candidate attraction & Sourcing, Application screening
  • Arrange the interview appointment & sending the offer
  • Check the employee Onboarding as check list
  • Handle the Probation assessment process
  • Assist the Performance Evaluation Process
  • Handle the employee exiting process
  • Arrange the exit interview
  • Manpower database and Organization chart update
  • Prepare and update the employee profile
  • Prepare and update the employment contract
  • Assist to HR Manager in talent development and succession planning

  • Any graduate
  • Must have Diploma in HR Management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Management field.
  • Hunger persons in HRD field
  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Proficiency in using computer (MS Office ,Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email)
  • Good in English and must be good communication Skill,
