• Assist all the HR related duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to the followings• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems• Provide assistance on policies and procedures• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process• Create and implement effective onboarding plans• Develop and monitor training and development programs• Assist in performance management processes• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues• Maintain employee records, such as attendance records, according to the company policy and legal requirements• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

• Age 22 years and above• MUST BE Bachelor Degree Holder• HR or management related degree or diploma• Strong ethics and reliability• Computer literate: MS Office, Excel, and Word• Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training & development, etc.)• Understanding labor law and disciplinary procedures• Computer literate: MS Office, Excel, and Word• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
