-Maintain to work structure by updating job requirements and job decription for all Job Posting.-Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting teating and interviewing program.-Update and checking employee daily attendance,leave,late and absent.-Coordinate with HR manager to Introduce new empoloyee to the organization.-Development implement HR policies for the company.-Sourcing condidate for vacancies (External/internal).-Arrange for all meeting and prepare for meeting minutes.

Job Requirements
- Any graduate with HR Diploma and Certificate.- At leasts 3 years or 2 years experience in related field.- Ability to use MS office especially,internet and E-mail.-. Age about 35 years.-. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.- Basic knowledge of Labour Law,SSB,incometax.- Team working and supporting colleagues.
- Good command in Microsoft Office
