Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Work with internal departments for daily HR operations. 
  • Update and checking employee daily attendance, leave, late and absent.
  • Well manage and monitor internal HR systems and databases, maintain employee information collection, analysis and reporting. 
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. 
  • Provide counseling on HR policies and procedures within the organization. 
  • Lead the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, post ads, screening and hiring process. 
  • Conduct the job orientation and on job training for new and existing employees. 
  • Undertake to update all the staff information for the payroll process. 
  • Prepare for all position's performance appraisal criteria in related format. 
  • Handle to issue SSB cards and prepare for staff income tax. 
  • Support the management of disciplinary, grievance issues, employee benefits related complaints as necessary.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the directors depending on the urgent and important needs.

Job Requirements

  • Must be a Bachelor's degree holder in business administration, social studies or relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of professional working experience in HR background (prefer distribution company experience)
  • Understanding of Myanmar labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRM software is a plus 
  • Excellent report writing skill  
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • High sense of personal integrity, good judgment, strong ethics and reliability
