Job Description

Employee Data Management
-Maintains employee life events (e.g. hire/rehire, transfer/promotion, end of employment and leave of absence) for internal and external employees.                                                                                                                          
-Performs other HR and employee data changes into the system (e.g. bank details, address, work schedule, etc.)
-Performs organizational management transactions
-Performs payroll-related records (e.g. taxes, recurring deductions/allowances, one-time payments/deductions and absence quotas)
-Handles cases in coordination with other streams
-Generates and validates scheduled reports

Research/Issue Resolution
-Completes payroll alerts related to HR Admin functions
-Resolves HRA issues during payroll run

Continuous Improvement
-Active participation on NCE:  continuous improvement activities, work together with the team to review and improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of HRA processes
-Review/Update of Standard Routines

Employee Contact Center - executes defined mechanism for addressing employee queries and employee requests as per agreed procedures

Job Requirements

  • Experience from a shared service company
  • Background in US HR Data Management 
  • Good knowledge of SAP HR and Payroll
  • Up-to-date HR administrative expertise
  • Good knowedge of Nestlé Organization, Policies and Guidelines
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize urgent tasks 
  • System and process-oriented
  • Able to handle highly sensitive HR and Payroll information in a confidential and professional manner
  • Able to work well in a team environment as well as independently
  • With average written & verbal communication skills in English
  • Able to work on computer applications such as MS Word and Excel
  • Strong email and in-person communication skills
