Job Description

  • Establish and maintain a strong and healthy relationship with all staff
  • Labor Law, Income Tax and SSB process running
  • Ensure healthy work relationships and a supportive atmosphere at the workplace
  • Check Attendance and manage leave
  • Look for the staff contracts (both internal and EC contracts) and consider to make renewing in time
  • Prepare attendance and OT sheets for all staffs monthly
  •  Produce office letters (Announcement, Office order, Notice Letter and Warning Letter) if necessary
  • Prepare Organization chat monthly
  • Maintain employee profile and data in both soft and hard file
  •  Prepare recruitment plan and job posts
  • Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.

Job Requirements

  • Any degree and Dip/Certificate in Human Resources or related field
  • Basic knowledge of labour law, Excellent organizational skills
  • Computer literate (Especially Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Visio)
  • English & Myanmar typing
  • Communication skill and negotiation skill
  • Willingness to learn
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Ability to meet deadline
