Job Description

Duties & responsibilities
-Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
-Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
-Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements

-Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

-Ensure legal compliance

Job Requirements

Job Specifications
- Any Graduate
- Age between 25 to 35
- Diploma in human resources, business administration
- Strong knowledge of Myanmar labour law
- 3+ years of management experience in HR
- Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS(ERP System)
- analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
