Duties & responsibilities-Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.-Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance-Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements
-Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Job Requirements
Job Specifications- Any Graduate- Age between 25 to 35- Diploma in human resources, business administration- Strong knowledge of Myanmar labour law- 3+ years of management experience in HR- Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS(ERP System)- analytical and problem-solving skills- Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
