Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
  • Manage the staffing process including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
  • Manages day-to-day operation of the compliance program
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date
  • Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
  • Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
  • Maintain and update company organization charts
  • Maintain HR systems and processes
  • Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale, promotion, demotion accordingly
  • Provide support and guidance to SOP
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
  • Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances
  • Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Any other additional ligitimate roles and responsibilities as assigned by the management

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate

- Perfer MBA or Diploma

- Exceptional communication skills, negotiating  skills, adaptability skills, Emotional intelligence skills

- Positive ethical mindset.

- Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution.

- Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Extensive knowledgeof HR policies and systems

- Understanding labour law

- At least experience 5 years in trading company
