Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Handling over all recruitment activities 
  • Managing employee relations, solving employee conflicts and complete investigations as required
  • Manage employee training and development program
  • Planning, implementing, and monitoring HR Budget and plan
  • Handling employee compensation and benefit
  • All other HR related tasks and responsibilities must take responsibility base on work requirement
  • Provide a wide range of business support to the Operational Manager and Managing Director
  • Provide interpretation and translation assistant to Management between English and Myanmar language
  • Arrange Management’ business travel including but not limited to air ticket booking, accommodation reservation, agenda organization, documentation preparation
  • Contacts local authorities, law firms, MIC, DICA and others to discuss legal procedures and timeframes regarding the projects Maintain good relationship with all authorities
  • Support to management in marketing related activities such as organized seminars
  • Support in managing and supervise office administration

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor degree holders or international HR Diploma are more preferable
  • At least 5years experience in HR management level 
  • Strong knowledge in labor law, employee relations, HRM and HRD.

  • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast paced work environment
