We are looking for an experienced and professional Recruitment and Learning & Development Manager to join our team! 

  • Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes especially for sourcing, attracting, and hiring job candidates for open positions
  • Work with the different Business Unit’s HR Manager to confirm hiring needs and requirements which need to meet organizational goals.
  • Able to perform local and international recruiting for any level of position.
  • Providing assist in managing company staff, including coordination and supporting the recruitment process, on-boarding process and employee retention.
  • Work closely with Business unit leaders and HOD’s for training need analysis and implement training program for operations staffs and soft skill training for all employee.
  • Prepare and implement the yearly/monthly training plan and Budget.
  • Organize and lead all training for employees and measure and monitor post-training feedback.
  • Work with management to develop staff performance indices and to implement systems for monitoring staff performance
  • Help support Business unit leaders in Performance Management process and make sure their assessment are in line with WB Performance Management system

  • Any Graduate, more preferable to Diploma in HR or MBA
  • Ability to handle multiple demands, work under time pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent communication in English
  • Able to perform the duties and responsibility with less supervision.
  • Able to Travel.
