Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and professional Recruitmen, PMS and Learning & Development Manager to join our team! 


Recruitment & Selection

  • Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes especially for sourcing, attracting, and hiring job candidates for open positions
  • Work with Head of HR to confirm hiring needs and requirements which need to meet organizational goals.
  • Responsible for all recruitment processes of screening, interviewing, preparing offer letter, and endorsement etc
  • Able to perform local and international recruiting for any level of position.
  • Develop and update recruitment strategies, policies, processes for all levels to ensure optimum results
  • Source, recommend and establish the most appropriate sourcing channels.
  • Planning, implementing and monitoring recruitment budget

Performance Management

  • Set professional development goals, support the needs for direct reports and monitor the team’s Performance and ensure recognition of effective work performance and utilize effective disciplinary actions for bottom performers.
  • Help support Business unit leaders in Performance Management process and make sure their assessments are in line with WB Performance Management system.
  • Plan for employee’s performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results

Learning & Development

  • Works cooperatively with all HODs, senior managers and managers for training requirements, activities and ensure all its activities are in accordance to the needs of the employees and all training program has been smoothly executed
  • Work closely with Business unit leaders and HOD’s for training need analysis and implement training program for operations staffs, functional training and soft skill training for all employee.

  • Ensure to achieve Training & Development program and activities for operational standards and needs
  • Implement yearly Training Plan and to ensure to conduct timely and to achieve 100 %

Job Requirements

  • Age between 30s to 40s
  • Any graduate, HR diploma or MBA is prefer
  • At least five years of working experiences in recruitment function in manufacturing and production business is prefer
  • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Proficient in English and MS Office
  • Ability to work with all level of staff members, high commitment, and long-term expectation
  • Able to Travel.
