Job Summary

Oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes and support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  •  Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.

    • Involve and Manage the recruitment and selection processPlans and conducts new employee orientation

    • Responsible for government office reporting all labor related documents and all activities of factories including overtime working approval

    • Responsible for keeping record of all employees labour record related to performances including termination

    • Understand labour laws , labour rights & affairs

    • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

    • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.

    • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

    • Responsible to supervise and check payrolls, all absents and all kind of leaves

    • Responsible for all general administration jobs

    • Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier..

    • Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.

    • Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.

Job Requirements

Experiences

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager
  • Demonstrable experience with HR Metrics

Skill:

  • Bachelor’s degree in labour relations, business management, or human resources is required.
  • Candidates with a Master’s degree in human resource management and industrial/ labour relations would be given preference.
  • 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years of HR experience in a factory environment
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • strong knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
  • Certification in production and inventory management as well as quality control.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • To experience and relate to HSE, QMR, EMR, and ISO processes.
  • To calculate the productive rate of the factory.
