Exeriences in Recruitment process and implement new sourcing methods
Supervise the recruiting and report on its performance
Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
Prepare and process government related affairs including tax, EC and SSB, etc.
Recommend ways to improve internal relationship.
Coordinate with director to forecast future hiring needs
Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform management team about changes in regulations
Build the company’s professional network through relationships with vendors.
Other assigned duties according to company's requirements.

Job Requirements

10 years working experience as a HR manager/ HR supervisor.
A bachelor holder with certificates or diploma in human resources
Hands-on experience in full HR function
Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll
Excellent sourcing of recuritment network
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
Strong reporting skill and attendace recording
Must be able to use Microsoft office package(Outlooks,Excel,Powerpoint,Word) and HR softwares
Able to sign internal contract
