To set up and over see HR operations involving recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, compliance & employee relations, and supporting business units to be in line with business objectives and effective HR service delivery.

  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address compensations and benefits
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies and understand the landscape for further improvement.
  • Coach the Leadership team ensuring that they are delivering on their purpose and inspiring their teams
  • Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual)
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field
• Previous experience in human resources, professional development and training, or employee relations with FMCG is a plus
• Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including employees’ compensation, and labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker, open-minded, and people person
