1. Develop and administer human resources plans and procedures that relate to the organization’s personnel2. Plan, organize, and control the activities and actions of the HR department3. Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives and systems4. Implement and revise the organization’s compensation program5. Assess employees’ performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency6. Create, revise and oversee job descriptions, responsibilities and authorities7. Conduct annual salary surveys8. Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine a competitive compensation plan9. Develop, analyze and update the organization’s salary budget10. Develop, analyze and update the organization’s evaluation program11. Develop, revise and recommend personnel policies and procedures12. Maintain and revise the organization’s handbook on policies and procedures13. Perform benefits administration14. Manage and participate in the recruitment process15. Oversee and conduct new employee orientations and employee relations counseling functions16. Oversee exit interviews17. Maintain and ensure all employee attendance records, leave records, employee lists and other human resources related records18. Participate in administrative staff meetings19. Maintain the organization’s directory and organizational charts20. Recommend new policies, approaches, and procedures21. Oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization22. Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance23. Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues24. Contract with external suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms or relocation services25. Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization26. Perform other related duties and required of the Human Resources Department27. Follow instructions from and report to the Board of Directors and Chairman

Job Requirements
1. Previous experience as a manager, supervisor, coordinator or relevant position2. Bachelor’s degree or certifications in Human Resource field3. Experience in industry procedures, costs and terms4. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Gmail5. Strong project management skills with ability to supervise multiple projects6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills7. Ability to travel locally8. Proficiency in both Burmese and English
