HR Functions

  • Set up HR related policies, procedures (SOP), reporting system and implement them
  • Develop employee handbook and associated employee forms and reporting templates
  • According to the approved policies, manage all HR functions including, but not limited to recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement/walfare
  • Manage Staffs Payroll Calculation.
  • Oversee the evaluation, classification and rating of occupations and job positions.
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
  • Oversee visa administration for foreign staff
  • Lead housing and accommodation negotiation for foreign staff
  • Assess training needs and Implement professional development initiatives for staff
  • Implement and lead the annual performance management process for staff.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Admin Functions

  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage the issues concerning with building and compound (Hostel, Meal, Lighting, AC, General maintenance and repairing, etc)
  • Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Manage the the company’s fixed assets
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
  • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
  • Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses.
  • All other administrative matters outlined by management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years Work experience in HR and Admin fields, preferably in the service industry.
  • Good command of Written and spoken English is necessary
  • Extensive experience in setting up and managing a HR Department
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR and Admin best practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Perform multiple jobs with minimum time frame
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
