Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Manage and implement all around HR functions (Payroll, Attendance, SSB, Recruitment, Training, Benefits, etc)
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employees, and discipline employees
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies

Job Requirements

Any graduate or bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Management and Administration.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Management field.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email)
Good in English and must be good communication Skill,
Strong Team Management and Coaching skills
Must be able to use HR software
