  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  • Manage and implement all around HR functions (Payroll, Attendance, SSB, Recruitment, Training, Benefits, etc)
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employees, and discipline employees
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate or bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Management and Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Management field.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email)
  • Good in English and must be good communication Skill,
  • Strong Team Management and Coaching skills
  • Must be able to use HR software
