Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

 Knows how to process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation including Staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves & absence
 Develops & administers various human resource plans and procedures for all staffs
 Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objective and system
 Develops, recommends and implements policies & procedures, prepares and maintains employees’ handbook on policies & procedures.
 Work with colleagues to write and post job ads and screen and interview candidates, conducts reference checks, extends job offers, conducts new employee orientations
 Develops employment terms for new hires, promotions and transfers
 Establishes and maintains department records and reports. Participates in administrative staff meeting and attends other meeting
 Maintains organization chart and reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
 Ensures compliance with all employment laws
 Maintains in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees
 Provides day-to-day performance management guidance
 Implements and annually updates, rewrite job descriptions as necessary
 Identifies training needs for departments and individual executive coaching needs
 Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training program to ensure success and ensure training objective are met
 Plans and maintains department budget

Job Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree, diploma / degree in HR
 At least 5 years in a similar position
 Proficiency and accuracy in using MS Office products
 Strong verbal and written communication
 A commitment to ethical practice and legal compliance
 Relationship management
