  • Preparing, updating, and implementing human resource policies and procedures.
  • Manage Staffs Payroll Calculation, vacancies and manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Oversee the evaluation, classification and rating of occupations and job positions.
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labour relations activities of an organization.
  • Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate bachelor degree, HR Diploma (or) Certificate.
  • At least 5years experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Understanding of local employment practice and Labour Law in Myanmar.
  • Strong relationship building abilities and Good communication skill of levels.
  • Preferable experience in Media field.
