  • 5-8 years experiences in HR fields (Proven work experiences as an HR Manager in Trading).
  • Good in English 4 skills
  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program
  • Prepares for new employees by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employees, and discipline employees
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies
  • Maintains and implement the company’s mission, vision, value and culture.
  • Encourages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Recording the human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Conducting new employee Orientation for new employees and Exit interview for resign employees.

Job Requirements

  • Must be graduated(Preferable MBA specialize with HRM)
  • Must have diploma of HRM
  • Must have knowledge of global wave finger print software
  • Must have at least 5 years experiences in HR fields
  • Must have experiences in organizing with employees, good communication skills and good employees relation skills
  • Good knowledge of Myanmar labor laws (especially in construction & Trading fields)
