Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

1. Be an internal consultant to all levels of management on human resources practices and effective management of employees. Work with all functional departments to ensure organizational understanding of human resources policies and labor laws and their impact on the company’s practices and human resources decisions.
2. Provide input and direction to Board of Directors for implementation of performance management system and compensation & benefits programme.
3. Identify human resource development needs through regular consultation with senior management and managers, job analysis and performance appraisal schemes.
4. Lead the implementation of succession planning and talent management in consultation with the Senior Management and the Board of Directors.
5. As a business partner, works with the Board of Directors in human resource planning to support new businesses or expansion.
6. As a change agent, works with all functional departments to drive change and manage the transformation as part of creating a culture to implement the business strategies to achieve competitive advantage.
7. Prepare and submit monthly Human Resources Department report.
8. Responsible for the preparation and accountability of annual human resources budget and staffing plan for the Company, in consultation with other Departments.

Job Requirements

-Any graduated and Diploma in Human Resource management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point ).
-Ability to work well both independently and within teams
-Self management, Time management and leadership skill
-Integrity, reliability, initiative, and responsiveness to tight deadlines
-At Least 6 year’s of relevant work experience in Human Resources Manager.
-Follow up and strong understanding of updated Myanmar Labour Law, Taxes and Human Psychology
-Outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills
-Excellent communicator/negotiator, able to express ideas clearly and enthusiastically
-Can do, flexible, proactive attitude must drive for results.
-Ability to interact at senior level with clients and internally.
-Highly independent, adaptable and self-motivated.
