2. To participate making the Human Resources Department Organization Structure.
3. To carry out the Organizational Human Resources Policies and Rules & Regulations.
4. To participate setting up the Human Resources Department’s Objectives as the Strategic &
Tactical Objectives.
5. To participate setting up the Human Resources Department’s Functions.
6. To participate setting up the Individual Job Descriptions in Human Resources Department.
7. To participate carrying out to get a common concept between BODs and Top Management Level for the organizational sustainable development
8. To participate carrying out check and balance between Employer and Employees and among
the all Departments in the organization.
9. To participate handling Human Resources Management System to be changed International
system for the stable organization
10. To effort the overall functions of Human Resources Management Section as writing to HR.
Major Plans, carrying out Recruitment & Selection, Legal Services, Compensations & Benefits and Labor Retention to be sustainable development for the organization.
