Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:• Degree in Business Admin/ Graduate Diploma in HRM• Min 5 years’ experience• Postgraduate HR Degree/ MBA / Professional HR Diploma from internationally recognized institutions would be an advantage• Experience must be in Human Resources Management ExperienceSkills and Knowledge required:• Good interpersonal communication and problem solving skills• Sound knowledge of labour and other related laws and practices• Strong sense of commitment & urgency to meet tight deadlines• Ability to maintain confidentiality
