Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

The purpose of the HR Manager’s job is to support the whole Entity and Group through the effective management and delivery of the HR functions to the management team. As the HR Manager, the role is expected to successfully implement HR strategies and deliver an effective HR service within the Group. 

  • Developing and administering HR plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
  • Planning, organizing and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
  • Maintaining the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
  • Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s salary budget
  • Implementing and revising the entity’s compensation program
  • Creating and revising job descriptions
  • Organizational departmental planning
  • Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel
  • Overseeing exit interviews
  • Maintaining department records and reports
  • Participating in overall Group and Entity meetings
  • Identify skills/competency/training needs within the Entity. Coordinate with the Group / Entity on a development plan for staff
  • Implement performance management systems and ensure performance is actively measured to develop individual / departmental / Entity goals that are aligned with overall objectives
  • Keeping updated on all external influences – Labor Office / SSB Office updates, changing Labor laws, market staff salary rates

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in business related field and Master Degree is preferred

6+ years in progressively responsible HR roles

3+ years of experience as HR Manager

Good communication skills (internal & external)

Full understanding of all HR functions - Data and Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits

A deep and thorough knowledge of Labor Laws and Employment regulations

Effective HR administration and people management skills

Works well under pressure and meets right deadlines

High computer literate with MS office

Must have knowlege on SSB deposit payment process and claim process

Fluent in written/ spoken English and Burmese
