Job Description

Summary

The role of HR officer is to contribute to the implementation of HR roadmap of Hayman Capital to offer the best HR services to the staff. The role is to look after and ensure the major HR functions of employee engagement & relations.

 

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Support and maintain the employee engagement programs and initiatives that support Events Hayman’s organizational goals and culture.
  • Develop and communicate positive employee relations strategies and retention initiatives that foster and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Analyze information and identify workplace improvement needs. Design innovative sourcing strategies to attract, select and on-board talent.
  • Support organizational change by creating effective internal communication strategies and ensuring best practice across council services as change is managed.
  • Research and work with other departments to build employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
  • Check maintain and update personnel files for all staff at location, ensuring all documentation is complete and kept respective file.

  • Other duties assigned by the Deputy Manager, Deputy Head of HR and Head of HR.

Job Requirements

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS
•    (2) years of combined corporate communications experience, preferably focused on corporate or internal communications, employee engagement and Human Resources;
•    Bachelor’s degree. 
•    English/Myanmar ability: Fluency in speaking, writing and reading. 
•    Computer literacy: Being able to use Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet skills 
•    Having sufficient soft skills including Communication skill, Management skill, Problem-solving skill, Inter-personal skill.
•    Promote Teamwork: Maintain positive working relationships with co-workers; handle interpersonal conflict effectively. 
•    Self-motivated, proactive, committed to continuous improvement
•    Strong analytical skills
•    Excellent listening, creative thinking and interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to establish maintain relationships and build influence with people internally and externally
•    Knowledge of tools, processes and working with various communications platforms and digital;
