The role of HR officer is to contribute to the implementation of HR roadmap of Hayman Capital to offer the best HR services to the staff. The role is to look after and ensure the major HR functions of employee engagement & relations.
Employee Engagement & Relations
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS• (2) years of combined corporate communications experience, preferably focused on corporate or internal communications, employee engagement and Human Resources;• Bachelor’s degree. • English/Myanmar ability: Fluency in speaking, writing and reading. • Computer literacy: Being able to use Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet skills • Having sufficient soft skills including Communication skill, Management skill, Problem-solving skill, Inter-personal skill.• Promote Teamwork: Maintain positive working relationships with co-workers; handle interpersonal conflict effectively. • Self-motivated, proactive, committed to continuous improvement• Strong analytical skills• Excellent listening, creative thinking and interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to establish maintain relationships and build influence with people internally and externally• Knowledge of tools, processes and working with various communications platforms and digital;
