  • Operate strategy to promote a health and safety culture in an organization to shape employees’ high performance, productivity, and create a safe work environment.
  • Conduct appropriate health and safety training/webinars as per setting plan and awareness.
  • Responsible to operate group life insurance process to prevent probability and uncertainty of the staff’s daily operation for coverage to all employees’ benefits.
  • Conducting to vaccinate and screening annual medical checkups for all employees.
  • Encourage health and safety guidelines by communicating Emails and SMS on monthly
  • Organize and arrange health and safety provided items to fulfill health and well-being effectively.
  • Database record to all employee health-related information and claims process and medical usages etc
  • Supervise, organize, and conduct daily canteen operations to meet food standards/hygiene for MBL employees to provide quality service and resolve feedback promptly and proactively.
  • Coordinate and operate ISO document control officer of the HR to update related policies, procedures, and forms to align with organizational standardization.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate and related diploma or certificate in Health and Safety
  • At least 3 years experience in related roles.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English 4 Skills and Advanced Computer Skills
  • Must have leadership skills, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Service oriented, attention to details and negotiation skills.
