Job Descriptions

  • Entire recruitment process for assign region (Sourcing, Screening, Arranging Interview, Reference Checking ,Offering).
  • Directly report to HR Executive through HR Manager in daily functions.
  • Assist to implement policy and practice of Company HR policy development.
  • Arrange to organize internal/ external recruitment process and interview procedure.
  • Assist to calculate and arrange for process of daily attendance, allowance & other related matters.
  • Assist to organize employee orientation program.
  • Ensure employee records keeping in their personal files.
  • Assist to arrange SSB payment, Employment Contract process and Tax calculation process.
  • Administer leave record and ID card issuing process.
  • Assist in organizing training programs and arrangement as per guidance.
  • Co-ordinate and assist to respective department for all HR functions.
  • Assist in organizing performance appraisal program – monthly, yearly.
  • Assist in organizing annual bonus program.
  • Able to liaise and communicate with relevant Government Departments for HR functions.
  • Co-ordinate and assist to other Departments for Company's Business.
  • Other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Job Specifications

  • Must have Bachelor Degree ( Any Degree ) and HR certificate/ diploma.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in HR field. ( especially recruitment)
  • Must have basic knowledge of HR Management & development.
  • Able to use Computer well with Microsoft Office Application and email.
  • Must be a team player and high motivation, commitment & able to work under pressure.
  • Excellence in communication skill, presentation skill, obedient and engagement skills.
