Job Description

HR Information System –

  1. Handle the HRIS (HR software) as an administrator role.
  2. Update the information of all employee data
  3. Support to smoothly run the monthly payroll in HR software

 

Training & Development –

  1. Training: To collect the training attendance list and data entry in HR software
  2. To help training need assessment process & training plan of all staff for suitable training program with training team
  3. Development: Involve talent management process and succession plan,

Assist for promotion review process and data collection potential staff

 

HR functional compliance in organization –

  1. HR functional process, policies & procedure operate;
  2. Assist to HR Mgr for legal & functional compliance of HR matters with Myanmar Labour Law,
  3. Involved in the implementation of HR policies and procedures & employee handbook within all employee,
  4. Make sure and support all HR policies & procedure to aware all staff, implementation of HR plan, activities for achieving company goals, objectives and management’s target 

HR administrative job –

  1. Arrange and support to operational staff requirements & social affair when necessary, data entry all requirement information of newly staff, resign staff, prepare & collect staff required the paper document,
  2. Complete filing & archiving of all documentation, support & record insurance claim of staff, 
  3. Prepare Monthly Social Security Contribution and Capital Life insurance
  4. Prepare the government office requirement (FRD, SSB, Labor, etc…)
  5. Prepare HR respective report

  • Good computer skill in Microsoft Office application,
  • Sound core knowledge of applicable labour legislation,
  • Confidentiality and tact capabilities,
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
  • Good collaboration ability,
  • Good interpersonal relations with proven communication skill with all level staff.
